She is soooo stunning! I think this new version is an improvement over the other one in every way.
Her face...my goodness. She's gorgeous! I love the bright, lively look in her eyes. The eyes smile as much as the mouth does, and I love the bright green in them. The smile's so cute, too -- it's so lifelike, and glowing, and dazzling. All the proportions of her face are just right, and the painterly attention to lighting really adds volume and dimension to her face, which are super effective in showing how her cheeks have been pushed up a bit as a result of the big smile, making all the more lifelike,
I think your handling of colors and skintones and lighting is so much more impressive in this one. Her skintone looks and feels really...real, and that's because you've blended different bits and tones of color together to make something lifelike. Again, I love how your attention to lighting adds volume to everything.
I really think her outfit is cute. I love the green scarf she has tied in her hair...It has a light feel and I like the designs and textures on it, and I like how the green of the scarf helps to make her eyes pop, and how it complements the kinda maroon-ish color of her hat and her shirt.
And I love how the softness of the digital brushstrokes adds to the character and mood of the pic. That looseness gives you a sense of the peaceful, relaxed setting she's in. I think if everything was precise, with sharp and sterile "perfect" edges, it would loose some of the cheery mood.
